A Winter Warmer Yoga Workshop
Flow & restore to help combat winter lethargy with Juliette
Get ready to ignite your inner fire through breath and movement. This strong workshop will use flowing but mindful, uplifting asana to create heat in our bodies’ energy centres – perfect to prepare for the winter ahead. After a heating flow to lift and enliven we’ll move towards a practice of deep, restorative yoga postures to encourage relaxation and ease, finishing with a long restorative savasana.
When: Saturday 21st November 2015 from 15:00 to 17:00

Autumn Equinox ~Finding Balance
Saturday 19th September, Temple du Yoga, Route de Divonne 4, Nyon, 10h-12h
This special 2 hour vinyasa flow yoga workshop is inspired by the Autumn Equinox and focuses on balancing and harmonising both the body and mind. It is a reminder to balance all parts of ourselves, the active and the passive, the known and the unknown, the outer journey and the inner journey, the seen and the unseen, the logical and the intuitive, the conscious and unconscious. From this place of Unity new doors open, new directions and new possibilities are revealed. As well as practicing balance, this is a time to let go of past stress and tension just as the trees shed their leaves, and leave you flowing with grace and balance towards Autumn.
Open to all levels. Cost: chf30.
